Is this a script that resides on my server? And will I need to download the ClickBank datafeed frequently? thanks.

You install it on your server of course.
You can download the clickbank data feed at most 1x per day. You can do it manually or have the script do it automatically every day.
It downloads the master clickbank feed and updates your existing custom feeds with any new data.
