Our services are not available to persons under the
age of 18 years or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended users.
They are not permitted to purchase or use any other features on

3. Term.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect
while you use the Website and/or are a customer. You may terminate
your membership at any time, for any reason upon receipt by Interactive Gambit LLC of your written or email notice of termination.
Interactive Gambit LLC may terminate your access for any reason.
Even after access is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will
remain in effect, including Clauses 3 (Term), 8 (Submissions), 11
(Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Indemnity)
of this Agreement.
4. Non-Commercial Use by Members.
The Website and service is only for the personal use
of individual customers and visitors and may not be used in connection
with any commercial endeavours. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses
of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses
of visitors and customers by electronic or other means for the purpose
of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking
to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action
will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and
injunctive redress.
