I’m happy to announce that version 3.2 of RSS Bookmarker is now available.
RSS Bookmarker is a totally automated bookmarking tool that allows ANYONE with a website to gradually bookmark their web pages over time, automatically.

This tool doesn’t dump all of your web pages into a bookmarking site at once like most other bookmarking software out there. It automatically submits your pages at pre-set intervals… hands-free. Saving you hours of tedious, unnecessary work.
With RSS Bookmarker you can:
- Easily bookmark an unlimited amount of web pages hands-free. You set it and it runs on auto-pilot.
- Set specific bookmarking intervals for a site or a group of sites. Allowing you to effectively “drip” your pages into any number of random bookmarking sites.
- View detailed logs of each bookmarking project. Know exactly what was bookmarked, where it was bookmarked and when.

- Organizes your work into projects: If you bookmark for your clients or if you have more than one website, RSS Bookmarker allows you to organize each website into a project. Each project has it’s own websites, unique settings and bookmarking rules. You can run 1 or 1,000 projects! It’s up to you.
- Bookmarks your site pages from it’s RSS feed: RSS Bookmarker takes advantage of RSS technology by grabbing your website’s pages from it’s RSS feed. Fast and simple. It allows you to create new bookmarking projects quickly.
- Allows you to use free or paid proxies to bookmark your pages: When using proxies, the RSS Bookmarker will use sort through all of your proxies and find the best ones to bookmark with. Any bad proxies will automatically be sorted out.
- Import Accounts: To save time, RSS Bookmarker allows you to import your project and account data from a CSV file.
- Supports Scuttle bookmarking format: Scuttle is an open source bookmarking platforms that allows anyone to create their own bookmarking site. You can find hundreds of sites using Scuttle by just doing a simple search on Google. That means you can potentially add your bookmarks to to a lot more than the sites listed above.
- Supports the scuttlePLUS bookmarking format: This an advanced, customized version of the Scuttle platform. You can bookmark to any site that runs scuttlePLUS (provided they allow you to do so).
- Detailed Posting Reports: When you have lots of websites that are automatically being bookmarked, it is important for you to know exactly what is going on. RSS Bookmarker provides detailed reports for each project. You can see the entire history of a specific website RSS feed or project. The reports tell you when a page was bookmarked, where it was bookmarked and what tags were used.

The RSS Bookmarker allows you to:
- Posts to random number of bookmarking accounts: Instead of adding your page to all bookmarking accounts at once, the RSS Bookmarker will randomly select a different number of bookmarking accounts each time it bookmarks one of your website pages. This ensures that your bookmarking looks natural.
- Chooses random tags: When bookmarking your pages, the RSS Bookmarker can randomly choose a specific number of tags to add to the bookmark. So instead of using the same tags for all bookmarks, it will choose a random number of different tags each post.

Does RSS Bookmarker run on your PC?
No, RSS Bookmarker is a PHP script that runs on your server! This is the ideal solution for fast, scalable tools.
To how many bookmarking sites is RSS Bookmarker able to bookmark?
Good question! Our objective is for RSS Bookmarker to bookmark to over 30 bookmarking sites. However the exact number is a moving target. Why? Because most bookmarking sites are updating their login/posting process on a regular basis. Also, new bookmarking sites are coming online, while older ones are going off line. And keeping up with these changes is a hard (coding and testing) work! Because of this ongoing process, it may happen that RSS Bookmarker is unable to post to several bookmarking sites listed in our plugin. This is why we try to update the RSS Bookmarker code on a regular basis. We cannot however guarantee that, at any point in time all the bookmarking sites listed in our documentation and/or our website will have a ‘working’ status. There could be and there will be some posting errors. While we use reasonable efforts to update the list of bookmarking sites, we are not committed to a minimum number of bookmarking sites and/or to any specific bookmarking sites. You are welcome to signal to us any such posting errors you may encounter when using RSS Bookmarker.
What’s the difference between RSS Bookmarker and Auto Social Poster?
RSS Bookmarker and Auto Social Poster are both social bookmarking submitter. As such, they share the same ‘bookmarking technology’, i.e. they support the same BM sites. There are two major differences. First difference is that RSS Bookmarker is a script whereas Auto Social Bookmarker is Wordpress or a Joomla plugin. Second difference is that RSS Bookmarking will bookmark ANY website that has an RSS feed, whereas Auto Social Poster focuses on bookmarking Wordpress posts or Joomla articles.
