I'd certainly buy from this company again and again, for two reasons. (1) They make important software; (2) because they have graciously addressed each and every one of my service needs (even going so far as to revise their software to accommodate one of the more \"irregular\" problems that cropped up under my installation). I should also add that they are cranking out really some of the best cutting-edge software for internet marketers. I'm very satisfied with their Synonymizer and especially their VirtualSilo WP plugin (and its documentation) -- it's a great piece of software which does what it says and is certainly useful. I'm looking forward to whatever else they issue.

Wow! SUCH an improvement! I have been using the plugin version of WPCloner for ages, and I didn't think I would upgrade to the software version of WPCloner because I thought a 'software' version meant it would sit on my computer desktop as a program. I was very pleased to learn that it in fact installs on my web hosting and is accessible through an admin panel online. Great stuff! I used it to clone a few blogs yesterday and it worked flawlessly. Absolutely flawlessly. Thank you for the great improvement over the plugin version! Definitely worth the upgrade fee!

As a new user of Mass Automation products I was a little concerned as I found your refund policy a little harsh and items like this combined with a Company's T&C are often an indication that the company had past issues and is a warning to the buyer that perhaps they should look elsewhere.
I would like to advise future customers that I have found you VERY acceptable to my ideas and the support team have been prompt, helpful and courteous. You have incorporated new idea swiftly and are obviously a forward looking company willing to improve your products and services.
